Leaving a Chinese New Year reunion.

Project Goal:

During 2019's CNY, when everyone focused on going home for reunion, we decided to talk about leaving home after that.

Summary:

We wanted to zag and talk about the bittersweet moments of leaving your hometown when it’s time to go back to our regular lives in the city. And the food that parents would stash into our luggages. We reached out to renowned Chinese Director Jia Zhangke to tell the story of the taste from home.
